JACO RAYS PROFESSIONAL SOCCER TEAM COSTA RICA
Jaco Rays Professional Soccer Team Costa Rica.
Professional soccer has arrived in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. Local businessman, Pat Hundley, Developer of Daystar Properties condominiums has purchase the team and moved it to Jaco. The intent of Hundley is to build a brand for Jaco and to give the children of Jaco a local team to root for and to follow. Hundley will also be developing youth soccer programs with the assistance of Jaco Ray team players, coaches and management. The Jaco Rays are managed by Wilmer "El Pato" Lopez, one of Costa Rica's most famous soccer players. Team manager is Carlos Esquival and Sports manager is Johnyy Perez.

The Jaco Rays Professional Soccer Team is a division two level team. Every year for Costa Rica professional soccer, the first place team in division two moves up to division one and the last place team in division one moves down to division two. It is the hopes of Hundley and everyone in Jaco Beach Costa Rica that someday, The Jaco Rays will be a division one team. Right now, however, the people of Jaco are rejoicing that professional soccer is now in Jaco.
